ANTWERP, April 4, 2006 - Aerosolutions, a leading supplier of training products for the aviation industry, announced today that the National Flight Centre, Ireland, is using the company's Learning Management System ICARUS for its online portal offering ATPL(A) distance learning courses.

"Aerosolutions and NFC are on the cutting edge of the emergence of online Learning Management Systems for Aviation Training. For several decades, educators have investigated opportunities for new technologies to improve the caliber and quality of teaching and learning for students. The technologies have promised a number of academic and instructional benefits, although for many schools and educators, the results have been mixed. However, educators today are beginning to employ an emerging technology-enabled solution - virtual learning - with effective results," said Steven Wille, CEO at Aerosolutions.

National Flight Centre, Ireland's Premier Flight Training Organization, is based at Weston Airport, Leixlip, Kildare. NFC is Ireland's largest and leading fixed wing flight training facility and has been successfully training people to fly privately & commercially for over 25 years.

Aerosolutions offers training products and expertise to Flight Training Organizations, airlines, airports, civil-aviation authorities, governments, and other aviation-related entities.
